Under Google Play's User Data and Account Deletion Policy, as well as applicable privacy regulations, all registered users of the RKEMS application (including students, parents/guardians, teachers, and staff members) have the right to request the permanent deletion of their account and all associated personal information.
When you submit an account deletion request for RKEMS, our support and technical teams verify your identity to protect your account against unauthorized deletion, and systematically purge your credentials and personal identifiers from our production systems within 7 business days.
